
What is the difference between a GymFusion Network Membership and a membership to a specific gym?
With a GymFusion Network Membership you gain access to the entire network of GymFusion gyms. If you are traveling or simply want a change of scenery, you can us any facility that works for you. Additionally with a GymFusion Network Membership you have no long-term contracts (month to month), no hidden costs and access to the webs best fitness and nutrition training tools.
Why is GymFusion more expensive than a local gym membership?
The premium you pay for a GymFusion Network Membership enables us to work with all our network clubs to allow access to their facilities for our members. Additionally, without the premium you would not have access to GymFusion's fitness and nutrition training tools. Keep in mind, that the premium we charge is equal to what you would pay if you visited just ONE gym a month and had to pay a there standard day rate. If you work out at a hotel facility you can expect to pay even more the what GymFusion's premium comes to.
How can I get my local gym on the GymFusion network?
If there is a gym in your area that is not on our Network and you would like us to add it simply contact us via email at sales@gymfusion.com or call 1.866.722.1765. Generally we can have a new faculty on the network and accepting membership within 2 weeks of your request.
Will I have access to all of a gym's facilities and hours with a GymFusion membership? GymFusion facilities are classified into two categories, standard and premium. If you have a standard network membership you will have unlimited assess to all standard gyms. Premium members have unlimited assess to all gyms, regardless of which category they are in. Additionally, from time to time Premium facilities will allow access to standard members on a limited basis, so we encourage members to check the GymFusion listings on a regular basis to determine the actually facilities they have access to.
Why do I need a picture ID when working out?
All our network facilities are required to verify that the person using our membership card is actually the member. However, once you become familiar to your gym's staff, they generally will no longer require your photo id and you will only need your membership card to gain access.
Why do I have to use my credit card for billing?
All our memberships must be paid in advance with a credit card (or EFT). We will also set up a recurring billing on the credit card given and your monthly dues will be charged until the membership is canceled.
Why do I pay an enrollment fee?
The enrollment fee is a standard fee charged on must health club memberships, and it is used to cover costs associated with the set up of the membership and the coordination with all the network gyms with respect to your use of their facilities.

Is there a penalty for cancellation?
All GymFusion memberships are month to month memberships therefore there is no early cancellation penalty. GymFusion does require a 30 cancellation notice.
How do I get a replacement card?
To replace a lost or stolen membership card please call 1.866.722.1765. There is a $10 fee for replacement cards, however, after each 18 month membership term each member is entitled to one free replacement card.
How do I change my billing information?
You can change your billing and credit card information by going to the account update section of the GymFusion website. You will need to sign in to your account before you can update this information. If you have any issues email sales@gymfusion.com or call 1.866.722.1765
Is my billing information secure?
YES! GymFusion does not store any personal or billing information on its secure servers. All billing information is accounted for by our credit card processor, Authorize.net, which is the leading online processing company in the world, and has very tight security.
